This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices of Invaryant, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Invaryant”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to all data collection by Invaryant and applies to your use of our services, including websites and mobile applications controlled by us (the “Sites”).

Collection of your Information
Invaryant collects various information and data including information that personally identifies you, such as your email address, name, or telephone number, as well as other information that you provide to us or that you include in any information that you submit, along with information about your health and health care (together, your “Personal Information”). Invaryant also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your zip code, age and gender. Your decision to provide Personal Information, or to include health-related information such as medical conditions, names of providers, treatments and other care information, is voluntary. If, however, you choose not to provide the requested information, you may not be able to use certain features of the Sites. Invaryant keeps track of how Users access and use the Sites and pages our customers visit within Invaryant (“Usage Data”). For example, we may automatically collect information on the device you use and your location, the type of web browser you use, your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, the pages you view, the functions you utilize, the time and duration of your visits, crash logs and other information relating to your use of the Sites. We use this information for business purposes such as to analyze trends, administer the Sites, troubleshoot any user problems, and enhance and update the Sites. When you or others provide, or we collect, information, or carry information between users, we may process and store such data and other related information (“Activity Data”) in order to provide the Sites and related services to you. Some Activity Data may be retained or not completely deleted. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Activity Data will be completely deleted, and therefore any Activity Data that you send or allow to be accessed is sent or provided at your own risk.

Use of your Personal Information
Invaryant collects and uses your Personal Information, Usage Data and Activity Data (together, the “Data”) to operate the Invaryant website and deliver the services you have requested. Invaryant also uses your Personal Information to inform you of other products or services available from Invaryant and its affiliates. Invaryant may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Invaryant does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists or Personal Information to third parties. In addition, Invaryant may share Data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support or other activities related to Invaryant’s business. All such third parties are prohibited from using your Personal Information except to provide these services to Invaryant, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. In addition, we may disclose Data to other parties for research, general marketing administration, or other purposes. Invaryant does not use or disclose particularly sensitive Personal Information, such as healthcare information or care, race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. Invaryant may also disclose your Personal Information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Invaryant or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Invaryant; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Invaryant, third parties or the public. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners. If Invaryant is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all of its assets, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any Personal Information and give affected users notice before Personal Information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy. In addition, any third party that you permit to sign in under your user name may have full access to all of the information in your account including Personal Information as well as the ability to add, distribute, download and edit the same. Because of the sensitive and private nature of your health care and the health care of those loved ones on whose behalf you may be creating an account, we recommend that you protect the private and sensitive information contained within your account(s) and consider carefully whether to permit any other party to access your account(s) or Personal Information. All Users are responsible for monitoring their account content, whether added by the User or a third party. Please note that you, and not Invaryant, are responsible for maintaining and protecting all account content. We may disclose to third parties that you are a User as well in order to connect Users to third parties and allow them to gather and share information. Please be advised that if you are a parent or guardian, your use, and access to information in an account, may be subject to state, federal and local law. You should also be cautious in permitting others to access such records.

Security of your Personal Information
Invaryant is committed to securing your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Invaryant maintains the Personal Information you provide in a controlled environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When we transmit Personal Information to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Regardless of our efforts, no data transmission over the Internet or other network, including any of the Sites, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you or any User transmits on or through the Sites, and any information you transmit is sent at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under the age of 13. By using Invaryant’s services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for Invaryant’s services or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received or collected Personal Information from a user of the services who is under the age of 13, we will attempt to immediately delete that information from our files and records. Furthermore, we encourage users of the services that are minors that are 13 years of age or older to ask their parents or guardians for permission before sending any information about themselves over the Internet.

Information Collected By Business Partners, Social Media Services or Other Third Party Platforms
The Sites may contain links to websites owned by other companies. Invaryant does not control or endorse and is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites or third parties to whom you may link from the Sites. In addition, this Privacy Policy is not intended to describe data handling procedures for information collected by other linked websites or business partners. You are responsible for the Personal Information you choose to share or submit in these instances, including any information shared in a social media forum on an Invaryant service. For a description of how other sites and third party platforms, plug-ins, integrations or applications handle your information, please refer to their respective privacy policies and terms of use, which may permit you to modify your privacy settings. When we interact with you through our content on third party websites, applications or platforms, we may obtain any information regarding your interaction with that content.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Invaryant will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Invaryant encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how Invaryant is protecting your information. We’ll post notice of modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page. If you do not agree to the modified provisions of this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the services. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. By continuing to use the Sites, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
