Job Overview
We are seeking motivated AI Engineers with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI models and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from machine learning algorithms to natural language processing, in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning models and AI algorithms for a variety of applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and ensure model accuracy.
• Conduct experiments to test and refine AI models, ensuring performance meets project requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and propose innovative approaches to enhance existing systems.
• Document technical processes, model performance, and development workflows for team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI-driven applications.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of core AI concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms specifically Azure Cloud for AI deployment.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Cosmo, Spark) is a plus.
• Prior work on real-world AI applications or projects in production environments.
• Interest in emerging AI trends such as generative AI, reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
